Shipping & Delivery
We recommend FedEx Shipping. You must make your shipping preference request at the time your order is placed. Ownership of product is transferred from Green Builders Source to the carrier. Any damages to merchandise ordered on this website resulting from the carrier must be resolved with the shipping carrier.
Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed at time of purchase. If You are not satisfied with your purchase, You may return the purchased product to Green Builders Source within Twenty (20) days of the original date of purchase for a refund (LESS 10% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE). GREEN BUILDERS SOURCE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED, DAMAGED, OR OTHERWISE RETURNED UNUSABLE FOR RESALE. DETERMINATION OF RETURNED PRODUCT'S USE FOR RESALE IS AT THE FULL DISCRETION OF GREEN BUILDERS SOURCE. Product returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which can be obtained from Green Builders Source prior to returning the product.
